WordPress Development Workshops

During May and June our lead developer Domagoj Gojak was participating in organizing two WordPress workshops for beginners. Each workshop was divided in two 2.5 hour sessions. 

Workshops were organized in collaboration between the local non profit organization Startup.hr and Student Business Incubator. Event was held at Faculty of Economics in our hometown Split.

Speaking at WordPress Boston Meetup

Last summer we successfully sponsored and became a part of WordCamp Boston. Since then we’ve continued to build bridges and collaborate with the Boston WordPress Developers community and speaking a the WordPress Boston Meetup in January.

3rd WordPress Meetup Split Summary

We’ve recently organized the 3rd WordPress Meetup in Split. The goal of the WordPress Split Meetup was to connect the existing community of WordPress users, to promote WordPress tool and to educate users on how to use the WordPress tool.

WordCamp Belgrade Overview

WordCamp Belgrade Conference in which Slicejack took part was held last week in Serbia. The conference lasted for 2 days with the first day being lecture day and the second day being contributors day.

Three weeks ago we came back from a beautiful ten-day trip to Boston where we visited our long-term partner agency. The goal of the trip was to deepen the relationship with them and further align both companies’ processes.

Overview: 2nd WordPress Meetup Split

After the first successful WordPress Meetup Split we organized the second WordPress Meetup in Split and this one was a blast as well. Second meetup was held at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture (FESB) where more than 20 WordPress enthusiasts gathered in order to share their experiences and learn something new. Just like last one, this meetup started with few words from the organizer and a small t-shirt giveaway.
